cannot approve new members

  • every time I try to it shows this message:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: is_unalterable_user() in /home/content/n/n/s/nnsutton1608/html/admincp/user.php on line 909

    I'm a beginner please explain at a beginner level....thank you for your time;)

    so delete the images and install directories before uploading the file?

    if that is what you mean I delete those and still getting same error....maybe I missed a step
