How Do I change this???

By cfz | March 13, 2010

  • I want to change the message that shows up when a member does not have access to post... Here's what it says now..

LabGuy, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
Where do I go in order to change this?

    Matt

  • I can't find those two...

Go to the admin panel click on languages & Phrases, then do a search on those phrases select Phrase Text and Phrase Variable Name. It will come up with both things in the previous post. Use this to search to get both: nopermission_loggedin

  • I can't find those two...

  • Edit the nopermission_loggedin phrase in the Phrase Manager. You probably would want to edit nopermission_loggedin_ajax as well.
